Toyota key types
Older Toyotas often use a transponder blade with a separate or built-in remote. Many Aygo and Yaris models use a key with remote buttons in the head. Hybrids such as Prius, C-HR and newer Corolla and RAV4 models commonly use a smart key with push-button start.
Smart keys and hybrid systems need careful programming to the vehicle. Send the reg and we'll check whether your Toyota is one we can program on site.
Hilux and work vehicles
The Toyota Hilux is popular with builders, landscapers and anyone who needs a tough pickup. If a Hilux key goes missing on site, send the reg and location and we'll come to it.
Many Hilux owners have only one key. A spare made while you still have a working key is usually quicker and cheaper than an all-keys-lost job later.
What to send
Send the registration or make, model and year, the postcode and whether a working key exists. We'll confirm the job and give a price before we set off. We cover most Toyota models, though not every model and year – we'll tell you straight away if yours is one we can't do.
